KPH Supplies – Refund Policy

KPH Supplies is committed to providing quality products and a reliable customer experience. We understand that from time to time, you may need to request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be provided.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The item received is faulty or damaged upon delivery;

  • The item is significantly different from the product description or specifications provided at the time of purchase;

  • An incorrect item was delivered due to our error.

1.2 To be eligible for a refund, the customer must notify KPH Supplies within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item. All claims must include clear evidence (such as photos) of the issue.

2. Conditions for Refund

2.1 Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in a resellable condition unless faulty.

2.2 Refunds will not be offered in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase;

  • Incorrect selection by the customer;

  • Goods that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
    2.3 A restocking fee of 20% may apply for any approved returns that are not due to fault or error on our part.

3. Return Process

3.1 To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team at info@kphs.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence. You can also submit a refund/return request using the online form [here].

3.2 Once the return is approved, items must be sent back to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Method

4.1 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

4.2 KPH Supplies reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of returned goods before processing any refund.

5. KPH Points and Membership Tiers

6.1 For any return, KPH Points earned from the refunded transaction will be deducted from the customer’s account.

6.2 The accumulated purchase total used to determine membership tier eligibility will also be adjusted accordingly.

6.3 If a return affects the customer's eligibility for a higher tier, their membership status may be downgraded as part of the refund process.
