KPH Supplies – Delivery Policy

At KPH Supplies, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Our delivery services are designed to meet the diverse needs of our customers across New South Wales and Australia.

1. Agreement Validity

We offer delivery services across:

  • Sydney Metropolitan Area: Including all central and surrounding suburbs.

  • Regional New South Wales: Covering major towns and rural areas.

  • Interstate Deliveries: Available upon request; please contact us for specific arrangements.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Any additional charges, such as for remote locations or special handling

4. Delivery Responsibility & Freight Damage Policy

4.1 All orders are delivered either by KPH Supplies’ delivery team (available within NSW only) or by trusted third-party freight carriers for locations outside of our local delivery zone.

4.2 For deliveries handled directly by KPH Supplies within New South Wales:

  • We take full responsibility for the condition of goods upon delivery.

  • Any damage occurring during KPH delivery will be assessed and resolved in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

4.3 For deliveries made via third-party freight providers:

  • Once the goods leave our warehouse in good condition, responsibility for any freight damage or loss lies with the freight carrier.

  • KPH Supplies is not liable for any indirect loss, delay, or damage caused during third-party freight delivery, including but not limited to lost revenue, downtime, or installation delays.

4.4 That said, we care about your experience:

  • We will assist you in filing claims with the freight carrier wherever possible and provide supporting documentation such as packing photos, invoices, and consignment notes.

4.5 Customers are encouraged to inspect goods immediately upon delivery and notify us and the freight carrier within 48 hours if any damage is suspected. Late claims may not be accepted by the carrier.

5. Don't Want To Pay Freight?

At KPH Supplies, we offer a convenient pick-up option through our partnered business locations across Australia — helping you save on freight costs when applicable.

  • If your selected items are eligible for local pick-up, a “Pick-Up” option will appear at the checkout page.

  • These items can be collected from one of our cooperated partner warehouses located nationwide (subject to availability and item type).

  • Once your order is confirmed, we will notify you with pickup instructions, location address, and available times.

Note: Not all items are available for pick-up due to size, stock location, or supplier restrictions. Freight charges will apply if the pick-up option is not shown at checkout.
